Our french trained pastry chefs will work with you to create the cake of your dreams. We use the freshest and finest quality ingredients to create delicious flavour combinations. We hand decorate our cakes with fresh flowers, edible gold and silver leaf, lace and fresh fruits. We never use fondant icing or sugar paste that means are cakes are always natural and they taste delicious!
Flavour Options
Strawberry & White Chocolate - A Madagascan Vanilla sponge with homemade strawberry preserve and white chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate Heaven - A velvety chocolate sponge smothered in real chocolate buttercream.
Zingy Lemon & Passion fruit - A fresh lemon sponge paired with a smooth passion fruit mascarpone cheese icing.
Carrot & Pecan - A moist carrot and pineapple sponge filled with pecan pieces, topped with a smooth mascarpone cream cheese icing.
Rosewater & Pistachio - A soft pink rosewater sponge filled with pistachio nibs, paired with a rosewater buttercream.
Black Forest - Our velvety chocolate sponge with homemade blackberry preserve covered in mascarpone cheese icing.
Wheat Free Red Velvet - A luscious what free red velvet sponge topped with a smooth mascarpone cheese icing.
Egg Free Madagascan Vanilla - A moist egg free vanilla sponge topped with a smooth white chocolate buttercream.
Vegan Chocolate & Coconut - A light chocolate coconut sponge with a smooth dairy free chocolate buttercream.
